TbxIdle sells one thing for money: premium coins. This page says when you can have your money back.
Seven days to change your mind
Because you buy over the internet, Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990) gives you seven calendar days from the purchase to cancel it and be refunded in full, without giving a reason. Email [email protected], naming the account and the purchase.
Coins you have already spent
If the coins are still on the account, we refund the purchase in full and remove them. If some of them have already been spent, on premium time, on a permanent unlock, or traded on the coin market, that part has been delivered and consumed, and we refund the unspent balance. We will always tell you the split before processing anything.
Transferred coins
Coins from a Pix purchase stay on the account that paid for the seven days of the right of regret: during that time they cannot be transferred, and the purchase stays refundable. After that, you may transfer them to a character on another account. A transfer is final and counts as using the coins: from then on, the account's purchases that were already past those seven days are no longer refundable.
Payments that did not go through
A Pix charge that expires unpaid credits nothing and costs nothing; there is no refund to ask for. If money left your account and no coins arrived, write to us with the payment identifier and we will reconcile it; the purchase record is kept precisely so that this can be checked.
How the money comes back
Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the purchase, to the payer. Pix refunds are usually settled within a few business days once approved.
What is not refundable
- Purchases older than seven days, other than where the law or a fault on our side requires it.
- Coins transferred to another account, and the sending account's purchases that were already past seven days.
- Gold, items and progress lost in the game; including to a character's death, which is a game rule.
- Coins on an account closed for breaking the Terms of Service.
