Game Rules

Last updated: 2026-09-10

TbxIdle is a game you configure rather than click, which makes the usual line about "botting" useless here. These rules say where the line actually is. They sit alongside the Terms of Service; breaking one is breaking the other.

1. Automation: where the line is

The auto-pilot IS the game. Setting a heal threshold, a spell rotation, a stance and a wave size and then closing the tab is exactly what you are meant to do, and none of it is cheating.

What is not allowed is software that plays around the game instead of through it:

  • anything that drives the client for you; clicking, walking, opening panels, buying;
  • anything that talks to our API or our realtime hubs outside the client we publish;
  • anything that reads or edits the game's memory, traffic or files;
  • running many accounts from one script to farm gold, loot or invites.

2. Bugs and exploits

If something gives you gold, items, experience or coins that the game plainly did not mean to give you, stop and tell us at [email protected]. Reporting it is safe. Repeating it is not, and what an exploit produced is removed whether or not the account is suspended.

3. Accounts

  • Your password is yours. An account is answerable for everything done on it.
  • You may hold more than one account, but not to defeat a limit the game puts on one. Inviting yourself, or a farm of accounts you control, is the case that matters, and the invite rewards are built so it does not pay: nothing is granted at sign-up, and an invite counts only once a character on it reaches level 50.
  • Selling, buying or renting accounts and characters outside the game is not allowed, and we cannot help you recover an account that changed hands.

4. Names

Character names are letters and spaces, and they are public. A name that impersonates staff, advertises, or is a slur or otherwise offensive will be changed or the character removed. A character name cannot be changed by the player after creation, which is worth knowing before you pick one.

5. Talking to other people

Global and Trade are shared rooms. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, scams and advertising other services do not belong in them, or in private messages. One limit is enforced by the server rather than by moderators: the public rooms have a cooldown between lines. Nothing said is stored; the server keeps recent lines in memory only, so a report is most useful with a screenshot.

6. Trading

Gold, items and coins move through the market, the mailbox and the trade window. Trading them for real money, or for goods in another game, is not allowed: those trades are where scams live, and we cannot referee them. The coin market inside the game is the sanctioned way to turn coins into gold.

7. What happens when a rule is broken

Depending on what happened and whether it happened again: a warning, the removal of what was gained, a suspension, or the closure of the account. Serious cases (real-money trading, automation of the kind in §1, exploiting) can go straight to closure. A closed account keeps no right to coins or premium time left on it.

8. Appeals

If you think a decision was wrong, email [email protected], with the account, the character name and the date. We will look again and answer. One appeal per decision.

9. These rules change

The game is under active development and the rules follow it. Material changes are announced in the game's event panel and on Discord, and the date at the top of this page moves.
