Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TbxIdle (the "Service"), the browser game at https://tbxidle.com.br. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. How this agreement is made

This is an electronic contract. It is formed the moment you press Create account and play, or create an account from inside the game, and that press is your agreement to these terms, to the Game Rules, to the Privacy Policy and to the Refund Policy. No signature is needed and none is asked for; under Brazilian law a contract accepted this way binds both sides exactly as a paper one would.

We keep a record of the account's creation date for that reason. When these terms change materially we will say so in the game and update the date above; carrying on playing after that is how you accept the new version, and if you do not, you may close the account (§5).

2. Your account

  • You need an account to play. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
  • One person may hold more than one account, but accounts may not be used to defeat a limit the game places on a single account; the invite rewards in particular.
  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Characters, items, gold and coins are part of the Service and remain ours. They are licensed to you for play, not sold to you as property, and they have no cash value outside the game.

3. How you may play

You agree not to:

  • use software that plays for you beyond the in-game auto-pilot, or that reads or writes game state outside the interface we provide;
  • exploit a bug instead of reporting it, or interfere with the servers or other players' sessions;
  • trade accounts, characters or in-game goods for money outside the game;
  • harass other players, or post unlawful, hateful or spam content in the public channels;
  • impersonate a member of staff.

Messages in the public chat channels are rate-limited. Chat is never stored: the server keeps the last lines of each room in memory and loses them on restart.

4. Purchases

  • Premium coins are bought with real money through our payment provider. Prices and coin amounts are those shown in the store at the moment of purchase.
  • Coins are credited to your account once the payment provider confirms the payment. They are a licence to use in-game features, not a currency, and cannot be exchanged back into money.
  • Your right to cancel a purchase is set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will try to warn you first. You may stop using the Service at any time; you can also delete your characters from the character-select screen, which is irreversible.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. The game is under active development: content, balance and features change, and a deploy logs everyone out after saving. We will give notice of a change that materially affects paid features where we reasonably can.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost in-game progress, or for anything beyond the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited; in Brazil, the Code of Consumer Protection (Law 8.078/1990) applies whatever these terms say.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and consumer claims may be brought in the courts of the consumer's own domicile.
